In addition to an inventory of 25 Extendable Trailers ranging from 8’6” to 10’ wide, Prestige also has several specialized trailers that allow Prestige to provide services to a very select niche market.

Transformer Trailer
Unique in that it can lift heavy buildings 5’ in the air and place them on screw piles
Trailer has 24 wheels that use hydraulics, to pull together like a large scissor lift to raise buildings
Allows each axle to be lifted individually
Can walk the loaded trailer over curbs by raising back axles
Can raise individual axles to keep the unit steady on uneven ground
Can keep buildings level on slanted terrain
Can raise front to back or side to side to keep building level at all times
Steering Trailers:
Steerable 5 axle trailer - all 5 axles can be steered via remote control
Trailers can follow a truck/tractor unit around tight corners
Allows us to back into spaces where you wouldn’t be able to get to with a standard trailer
Capable of hauling units up to 80’ in length
Extremely useful in older areas in cities such as downtown core where streets are narrower and space is limited
Extendable Trailers
Fitted with extensions to allow hauling modular structures and buildings over 70’ long
Fleet consists of:

9’ wide trailers
10’ wide trailers
Trailers with live roll
Dolly Trailers:
Tri-axle trailer fully equipped with air brakes to haul steel frame modular/mobile homes
Jack and Roll System:
Allows a building to be side shifted into place when space is tight
When a crane doesn’t fit into the area to lift the unit, this system can place the unit
Hydraulic Jack System:
Provides the ability to bring units down onto piles
Used to level and ship units as required
Can jack units down from 36” to 2”
T-Boning A Unit To Place:
Utilizing 2 trucks, unit can be t-boned
